Veranda Luxury Pontoons began crafting luxury pontoons in 2006, but our fascinating story began several decades before with our sister company, Xpress Boats. Family-owned and operated for three generations, Xpress Boats has been building all-welded high-performance aluminum boats in Hot Springs, Arkansas, since 1966. The company understood that aluminum was stronger than fiberglass, lighter than steel, corrosion, and puncture-resistant. It does not deteriorate from exposure to the sun, making it the ideal substrate for building durable fishing and hunting boats. Rivets were commonly used by most aluminum boat manufacturers early on, but they weaken and break over time and cause boats to leak and perform poorly. The founder of Xpress Boats, Kermit Bryant, solved this dilemma by all-welding its hulls to ensure a long-lasting, quality product. This pioneering decision positioned his company and legacy as the leader in the aluminum boat industry and forever changed the way other manufacturers do business. Subsequently, after recognizing an inherent flaw in the manufacturing process of other pontoon companies who created wood decks that rot, absorb water, mold, and mildew, or as we like to say “pre-determined obsolescence,” Xpress Boats used their innovative knowledge and created a Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System in 2004, and two years later, officially launched Veranda Luxury Pontoons.
Over the years, Veranda Luxury Pontoons has continued to refine its manufacturing process and provide the opportunity for thousands of customers to discover the rewarding benefits of boating while making memories that last a lifetime. In 2018, after outgrowing its existing space, Veranda purchased a 377,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Malvern, Arkansas, just three miles south of Xpress Boats. Veranda remodeled the plant for maximum production efficiency, which additionally opened the door for an expansion in engineering technology and workforce capabilities and was the birthplace of the newly released revolutionary designed V One. The in-house parts fabrication area received state-of-the-art manufacturing technology including CNC plasma tables, press brakes, tube benders, and plate rollers. Due to the abundant space at the new facility, Veranda can store all of the parts and products under one roof until the completion of a boat. Lastly, the implementation of state-of-the-art computer-aided design and engineering software is allowing our team keeps looking forward and working out new and improved boating solutions to provide you with a lifetime of enjoyment. Continually searching for new ways to provide our customers with maximum enjoyment for their hard-earned investment, Veranda not only expanded its facility, but also its workforce by hiring additional team members for our manufacturing, engineering, sales, and marketing departments. The tenured engineers and technicians keep Veranda nimble, innovative, and in front of design and performance trends. Competitive rates, excellent benefits, and comprehensive skill training make getting a job at Veranda very appealing for talented people in our region.
The innovative construction techniques at Veranda allow us to produce the most stable and solid foundation in the industry that is ideally suited for luxury styling and best-in-class components from bow to stern. Our innovative construction techniques, which we like to call the “Veranda Difference” provide a boating solution like no other, starting with the building of the industry-leading 0.100 gauge pontoon tubes. Our toons are multi-chambered and pressure tested during the build process. We then weld full-length, enclosed m-brackets to the top of each pontoon that will be the saddle for our most impressive feature, the Patented, All-Aluminum, All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System. Veranda builds this engineering marvel from Patented Extruded Aluminum Planks which are locked together, one by one. Each pontoon log is flipped over so that the full-length, enclosed m-bracket sits on top of the deck and then welded together. The unibody foundation eliminates flex and noise and produces the strongest, worry-free platform in the industry. Another impressive benefit to the Patented, All-Aluminum, All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System is the Aluminum Deck Mounting Surface, which is perfectly suited for mounting fencing, helms, furniture, and ski tow bars as it will never weaken over time, unlike our competitor’s plywood decks.
Performance is a huge factor in almost every customer’s wish list when shopping for a new pontoon. Every single model that rolls off the assembly line at Veranda Luxury Pontoons comes standard with a Triple-toon Performance Package that includes hydraulic tilt steering, full-length lifting strakes, and our integrated performance motor pod. The trio of components provides exceptional performance, greater capacity, increased horsepower capability, increased lift, less resistance, better maneuverability, and higher speed. Customers can also choose to upgrade to power steering which makes handling the tightest turns a breeze. Finally, our exclusive partnership with Yamaha Outboards provides legendary reliability for our customers. Our integrated wave shield, which we will discuss later in this video, reduces drag and eliminates surging to provide increased performance.
Every Veranda Luxury Pontoon that leaves our plant has been meticulously inspected to ensure the highest level of quality, performance, aesthetics, and function. Customers will relish the confidence of knowing they have chosen the finest deck system in the industry, with exquisite best-in-class components, durable marine-grade vinyl, polyurethane foam seating, and the reliability of Yamaha Outboards. Our no wood, not rot, Patented, All-Aluminum, All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System means your investment will not depreciate over time, unlike our competitor’s “pre-determined obsolescence.” Together, this provides maximum resale value when the time comes to upgrade to another Veranda.
Comfort is yours for the taking! Your passengers will never want to return to land once they’ve experienced the deep soothing amenities on your Veranda. Our polyurethane foam seating comes in a variety of styles and is infused with antimicrobial additives and UV protectants. The high foam density used in our seat backs and cushions provides maximum comfort and support where your body needs it most. Our furniture pieces are then wrapped and fitted with marine vinyl fabric that is mold-resistant and antimicrobial/UV-protected to ensure longevity. Another convenience we built into our buying process is package options, whether you choose the base, deluxe, or luxury, which is available on our Relax and Fish series. Each package level includes additional standard features grouped to provide additional satisfaction while boating. If variety is the spice of life then you’d better prepare yourself for the robust floor plan options available to you. Whether it’s the rear-chaise, or RC as we call it, rear-facing lounge (RFL), versa-lounge bench (VLB), or vera lounge captain’s chair (VLC), we have a floor plan that best fits your boating needs and desire.
Veranda Luxury Pontoons builds 20, 22, and 25-foot long models. Whether in our catalog or on our website, the deck length listed on each Veranda model we build is accurate, you get what you pay for. Our floor plans are designed to provide the maximum square footage of usable deck space. Finally, the installation of our ergonomically designed furniture, which we will discuss in further detail in a minute, enhances your comfort and increases cabin space, giving you the perfect blend of swim platform, interior walkway, seating, and storage on your Veranda.
A lifetime of enjoyment is not only our company’s motto but our guiding principle from top-level management to our skilled craftsmen and women on the plant floor. This mantra is made possible through our vision, culture, and investments in our facility and people. From the seam welds on the logs to the placement of the navigational light on the bimini, your satisfaction is our pursuit. Whether that means cruising in our flagship, V One, tubing behind the tower on a VP RCT, or throwing a topwater bait in the early morning from a Fish Series, Veranda Luxury Pontoons has a boat for any budget or pursuit. With a vast selection of optional features to meet any taste and budget, it is evident why Veranda is superior to all other pontoon manufacturers. Our Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System is not the only feature that makes Veranda Luxury Pontoons stand apart from the rest of the competition. The “Veranda Difference” as we like to call it, is a combination of several key construction techniques and component features that merge into the finest luxury pontoon on the market. The confidence and security of being able to rely upon the “Veranda Difference” set us miles apart from the rest of the fleet in our industry. Our no wood, no rot, no mold foundation provides a lifetime of enjoyment!
Style is evident in every Veranda Luxury Pontoon we build that turns heads on the lake. Ask your dealer about what pairings of colors are available to you that best suit your style. From the sleek fiberglass exterior panels, Equinox Power Arch Tower, and knife-edge nose cones on the V One, to the three-spoke designer steering wheel, sport-design elevated helm platform, and premium pillow-top seating of the VP and Vertex Series you will not be disappointed. Nor will you be disappointed by the packaged features on the Relax and Fish Series. Choose from an array of colors for your fence panels, powder coat rails, furniture, console, and flooring. Plus, a wide selection of available options on each series gives you a chance to personalize your new Veranda to fit your budget and taste. Additionally, refer to our customer testimonies section. When you choose Veranda, you choose opulence and a luxuriously detailed appearance that will make you proud for years to come.
Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System
Our competitor’s plywood decks are void of moisture, rot, and mold at the time of purchase, but are a ticking time bomb. Exposure to the sun’s UV rays, weather, and moisture deteriorates the plywood which allows it to absorb countless gallons of water that starts the rotting process which separates and invites mold to grow. Ultimately, this cycle of deterioration forces owners to either invest more money into the same pontoon to re-deck it or sell it and purchase a newer vessel. Our patented all-aluminum, all-welded, interlocking deck system firmly revolutionized how luxury pontoons decks are built. It’s the most durable platform in the industry. Our no wood, not rot construction guarantee means you don’t have to worry about the construction of your Veranda while you enjoy your investment for years to come.
Patented Extruded Aluminum Planks
Veranda’s patented 2×6 aluminum planks are extruded, creating hollow chambers that reduce weight and allow for the movement of air, which accelerates cooling, keeping your deck surface cool even during the hottest summer months. The extruded aluminum planks are interlocked and welded directly to industry-leading full-length m-brackets. Studies found temperatures on our Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded Interlocking Deck System were over 15 degrees cooler than our competitor’s decks, which your feet will surely appreciate.
Industry-Leading 0.100 Gauge Pontoon Tubes
Starting from the bottom, our 25” and 27” diameter pontoon logs come standard with 0.100-gauge tubes, with rough water and high-performance horsepower packages also available. Veranda Luxury Pontoons use round pontoons because they are the strongest shape that aluminum can be formed into giving our customers the best product possible. The symmetrical design means the diameter stays the same regardless of where you measure it. The larger diameter tubes that we use provide additional flotation and allow for more capacity on top, so you don’t have to leave anyone back on the shore. Every toon we build includes full-length lifting strakes and keels.
Full-Length, Enclosed M-Brackets
M-brackets are the saddle between the logs below and the deck above. Most of our competitor’s M-brackets do not run the full length of the log and are open on the ends, allowing additional moisture to access the deck above, adding weight and reducing performance. Veranda Luxury Pontoons installs full-length M-brackets for increased support, plus the ends are capped off, to keep water from entering the space, and to ensure optimal performance.
Integrated Wave Shield
The smooth surface on the underside of our Patented, All-Aluminum, All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System that we refer to as our integrated wave shield. This feature reduces drag and eliminates surging. Another disadvantage of plywood is the protruding cross members between the decking and tops of the logs, which increase drag and noise.
Multi-Chambered and Pressure Tested Pontoon
Our craftsmen place round pieces of aluminum called baffles at the end of each log segment. These baffles are welded at evenly spaced intervals around the circumference to provide optimal strength for the Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System. At the bottom of each baffle is a void left to pressurize equally throughout. A plug at the stern of each pontoon offers access for them to be pressure tested two times during the build process to ensure proper buoyancy, optimal performance, and most importantly, safety.
Aluminum Deck Mounting Surface
A bolt running through plywood does not constitute a stronger foundation, it just puts a bigger hole in a porous substrate. Don’t you deserve the assurance that you are purchasing the best for your investment? The Patented All-Aluminum All-Welded, Interlocking Deck System creates a solid foundation that eliminates flex and noise often seen on the competition’s screw-together decks. It also provides a durable infrastructure ideal for installing railing, seats, and other components.
Antimicrobial/UV Protected Flooring
It is vital that every component used in the manufacturing process, including our flooring, can withstand the harsh marine environment. Veranda Luxury Pontoons uses best-in-class, marine-grade vinyl and poly-vinyl to cover the entire deck. Every flooring option we offer is mold-resistant, antimicrobial/UV-protected, provides cushion for passengers, and you additional traction even when it is wet. The seamless flooring handles the heaviest of traffic, protects from harmful sun rays, and holds its color. It is easy to clean up, slip-resistant, and flame retardant, receiving a class 1 rating for meeting or exceeding flammability criteria. You will find additional peace of mind knowing that your flooring is not sitting on wood.
Ergonomically Designed Furniture
Our focus at Veranda Luxury Pontoons centers on providing the most pleasurable boating experience possible. Folks want to get away from the daily grind, rest, and enjoy the sunshine. A big part of the downtime our customers long for is achieved through the intentional design and placement of our furniture. Whether it’s the sport-style bench seats on the V One or the rear-facing loungers on the Relax Series, all of the furniture pieces installed on Veranda Luxury Pontoons have been ergonomically designed to provide both soothing comfort and optimal use of the floor space, giving you the perfect amount of swim platform, interior walkway, seating, and storage. The curves on the ends of our chaise and rear-facing lounges allow them to fit snuggly against the fence, giving you the most legroom and floor space for your passengers to utilize.
Marine Grade Foam Seating & Upholstery
Our plush polyurethane foam seating is infused with antimicrobial additives and UV protection to ensure longevity. Choose from a variety of styles from the ever-popular chaise lounges to the reclining captain’s chairs, and the 3-position verse lounge. Another incentive worth noting is the Wzenbeek Abrasion Resistance Testing results done on our seating showed it scored significantly above industry standards and exceeded 100,000 “double ducks” with #8 cotton, which means they are incredibly wear-resistant. The firmness of seat cushion foam is given an IFD (Indentation Force Deflection) or ILD (Indentation Load Deflection) rating, both of which measure the firmness of a cushion. The higher the number, the more firm it is. The seat cushions used on our VP and Vertex series scored an ILD/IFD between 30 and 40 depending upon whether it’s a setback or base cushion. Our Relax and Fish series scored between 40 and 50. This means you are getting the maximum comfort and support your body needs to rest and rejuvenate while onboard. Additionally, our furniture is designed and shaped to increase the spaciousness of the cabin, which gives you the perfect amount of swim platform, interior walkway, seating, and storage.
Wood-Free Seat Bases
Veranda Luxury Pontoons uses rotational molded wood-free seat bases due to their superior strength and weather resistance. You can rest at ease knowing that all of our furniture is wood-free, so you will never have to worry about replacing the seats due to rotting wood. The seat bases provide increased storage underneath that as any boater can tell you, is always helpful. The top of the seat bases has molded drain channels that extend the life of your pontoons flooring by allowing water to escape.
Powder Coated Rails
Our powder-coated rails provide aesthetic beauty and long-lasting durability. The beautiful powder-coated rails offered on all Veranda Luxury Pontoons are fabricated in our sub-assembly department in Malvern, Arkansas. The individual rails are built per order. The rail pieces are cut out of 1” tube aluminum and welded to form the fence sections, then powder coated. Customers can choose from black, copper, gray, silver, or white rails.
Thicker Fence Panels
Did you know Veranda has a .040 fence panel thickness versus the industry standard of .032 or even less? We chose to use thick aluminum panels for strength and durability. The panels are inserted into each section of rails, crimped in place, and riveted for added structural soundness to reduce vibrations when running. Available metallic fence panel colors include burgundy, bronze, champagne, black, indigo blue, pearl white, and charcoal. The fence design varies based on the series you purchased, but the same sound construction process is applied to all to ensure a lifetime of enjoyment. The Relax and Fish Series refresh introduced in 2021 brought about a more stylish, sweeping look to the rails, and added the opportunity to further customize your pontoon with the all-new 2-tone fence panels, which placed black panels on the aft fence and the color of your choice running from midship to the forward area of the fencing. The combination of panel color and powder-coated rails gives personality to your Veranda Luxury Pontoons.

We believe that our All-Aluminum, All-Welded Interlocking Deck System is superior to all other pontoon manufacturers in the industry and offers you a lifetime guarantee on the decking, plus an extensive network of friendly dealers across the nation to provide sales and service when needed. Veranda’s warranty on 2021 models and prior carry a 1-year Limited Bow to Stern Warranty. There is also a 5-Year Warranty on the furniture vinyl and carpet against fading. Veranda’s warranty on 2022 models forward carries a 3-year Limited Bow to Stern Warranty. All year models carry the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty on the deck down, which is our no-rot guarantee to you. The 1-Year Limited Warranty is non-transferable. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is transferable within the first 5 years of the original purchase date of the original owner. The 3-Year Limited Warranty is transferable to the second owner if it is within the first 3 years of the original date of purchase by the original owner. The remainder of the 3-Year Warranty will be transferred to the second owner. Limited Lifetime Warranty is also transferable to the second owner within the first 3 years of the original date of purchase by the original owner.
