Veranda Construction Details

Veranda's patented construction processes are truly revolutionary.  Never before has there been an all aluminum, all welded deck and tube system similar to this.  The Veranda system creates a solid foundation while providing a quiet, fuel efficient ride time and time again.
	Let’s take a more in depth look at the Veranda System.  Starting at the water and going up, Veranda's tubes are made from .100 gauge aluminum and are chambered and pressure tested for safety.
Each tube is welded to a full-length M-Deck bracket eliminating any possibility of flexing or twisting while riding over rough water.  All M-Deck brackets are welded directly to Veranda’s aluminum, interlocking deck.
	The Veranda aluminum deck has many benefits of its own.  Never again do you have to worry with rotting and warping wood decks or noisy sheet aluminum decks.  The Veranda aluminum deck system is solid, quiet, and built to last a lifetime.
Veranda prides itself in producing the best performing pontoons on the market.  The unique decking has a smooth underside that acts as an integrated wave- shield reducing water drag and vibration.  Wave shields are often seen as expensive options on the competitions’ boats.
	The Veranda is also standard with a heavy duty performance motor pod with built in lifting characteristics.  This feature ensures you get maximum performance even with smaller horse power applications.
Add the third-tube with lifting strakes option and you are off to the races.
	Now let’s take a look above the deck.  Veranda uses .120 thick anodized rails which provide strength and rigidity.  The rails are raised with ½” spacer to eliminate mildew and to allow for easy washout capability.  Rattle-Free rail tape is used to reduce vibration and noise.
